Santosh Kumar Gupta received his B.Tech. from Govind Vallabh Pant Engineering College at Gouri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India in 2000 and M. Tech. from IIT Bombay in Communication Engineering in year 2002. From February, 2002 to September, 2005 he worked as lecturer in kumaon Engineering College at Dwarahat, Uttarakhand, India. Since 2005 he has been working as Assistant Professor in NIT Silchar, India. His Research interest includes MOS Transistor Modeling, Semiconductor Devices Physics, VLSI circuits and Modelling. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. from NIT Silchar. He is a member of IEEE.
