Kedar Nath Das is currently Assistant Professor at National Institute of Technology, Silchar, Assam, INDIA in the Department of Mathematics. He achieved his Ph. D. Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India. During Ph.D. he gets MHRD Scholarship from Govt. of India. He has many publications in refereed journals and conferences. His research focuses on designing efficient hybrid genetic algorithms to solve real life problems. He has also an area of interest on solving Minimum Labeling Spanning tree using hybrid genetic algorithms.
