Koichi Harada is a professor of the Graduate School of Engineering at Hiroshima University. He received the BE in 1973 from Hiroshima University, and MS and PhD in 1975 and 1978, respectively, from Tokyo Institute of Technology. His current research is mainly in the area of computer graphics. Special interests include man-machine interface through graphics; 3D data input techniques, data conversion between 2D and 3D geometry, effective interactive usage of curved surfaces.
